There are 380,000 new malware versions discovered every day. The reason that the majority of attacks are successful is because of poorly maintained or configured software. To solve this problem, you need to think about security from the beginning of your product development.
App developer, researcher, cyber security expert and lead at Collaboratory Alexandre Pujol, PhD, will discuss how to build a secure product from the developmental stage, review all aspects of product security, and advise on security processes you should setup for your product in the short and long term.
In this workshop you will discover:
- What assets you need to protect
- What steps you should take to ensure your product security
- What tools and techniques to use or avoid
You will leave with a list of security questions to ask your team of developers.
This workshop is beneficial for entrepreneurs and business owners across all industries who want to create secure products from the outset to reduce the likelihood of security flaws and ensure the cyber resilience of their enterprises.
Workshop Agenda:
- Cyber security overview
- Secure by design
- Secure code
- Secure infrastructure
